Hotel Reservations
We have set up a block of rooms at the MGM Grand with a discounted rate for our guests. The rate and rooms are available from October 29 through October 31,with November 1 as the scheduled departure date. Guests may select any number of the 3 nights and will have rooms in the Grand Tower. The rate is $119 per night plus tax for either 1 King size or 2 Queen size beds.
No one should feel obligated to stay at the MGM Grand, we just wanted to make it easier for those people that do. Reservations also said that should the advertised rate through MGMgrand.com go below the discounted rate we were offered, the lower rate will be honored for any guest that booked on MGMgrand.com or with the Reservations department by phone. If you choose to book on another travel site (Orbitz, Travelocity, etc.) they cannot honor a rate decrease.
The rooms will be held for guests until September 30, after that date any unbooked rooms will be released back to general booking. If you book after September 30 you will have to pay MGM’s regular advertised rate.
Please e-mail or call Jamie for the rate code. This way we won’t run into the issue of strangers stumbling upon the rate code via google and scooping up rooms. I know that is unlikely, but better safe than sorry!
